Tailgating Food and Drink Recipes

Our favorite tailgating recipes (many courtesy of Game Day Eats) are shown here:

Ziploc Omelets - customized omelets that can be prepared in a boiling pot of water on the grill

Beer Can Chicken - prepare the rub the night before...and only drink the residual beer if you're REALLY desperate.

Mexican Party Drumsticks - Delicious grilled drumsticks

Moink Balls - Moink...as in "Moo" and "Oink". Bacon-wrapped meatballs.

Jalapeno Popper Burgers - Make them as spicy as you can handle. Prepare the burger patties with the spread the night before, then just pop them on the grill on game day!

Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Hot Dogs - A recipe you can customize by adding or subtracting your favorite ingredients...but everything is better with bacon.

TCU Tailgate Armadillo Eggs - Make this spicy-cheesy-sausage-y appetizer at home before heading out to the stadium.

Buccaneer - A refreshing Corona with an alternative to the actual lime.

Michelada Regular - Mexican beer with a nice Mexican tequila kick.

Blue Margarita - Show your spirit with Cowboy colors - BLUE Curacao and SILVER tequila.

Spicy Margarita - For those that like it hot.

Maker's Mark Hot Toddy - For that late season/cold weather game...bring boiling water in a thermos to make these, if boiling water is not an option at your tailgate.
